Company Registrations Screen
The Company Registrations screen contains a list of all the company registrations prepared in CAS 360.
The Company Registrations screen can be filtered using the Advanced Filter:

Clicking Copy Company will create a duplicate company in the company incorporations screen carrying over all the company details from the company that you copied from. This helps users register companies with almost identical details to another company.
Instructions
To prepare a new Company Registration, click
CAS 360 will bring up the Incorporations screen.
Complete each section detailing information for the company. The sections required include: Details, Addresses, Officers and Shareholders.
Once a section has been completed, CAS 360 will mark the section using
. If a section has not been completed, CAS 360 will indicated this using . All sections of the Incorporations screen must be completed before preparing the Company registrations documents.Icon | Explanation |

The Details screen contains basic company details such as the Company Name, Status, Type, Class and Sub Class.

Company Type | Types of companies include Small Proprietary, Large Proprietary and Public Company. |
Company Class | Select if the company is Limited by shares, Unlimited, No Liability or Limited by Guarantee. |
Company Sub Class | Select if the company is a Special Purpose Company or in the case of a Public company if it is Listed or Unlisted. |
Governance |
Select if the company will use a constitution, adopt replaceable rules or opts to not use a constitution or replaceable rules A company constitution is a document setting out the rules that govern the relationship between the company and each shareholder, director and company secretary Replaceable rules are in the Corporations Act and are a basic set of rules for managing your company. If a company doesn't want to have a constitution, they can use the replaceable rules instead. |

The Addresses tab is for the address information for the company.
Australian companies have a Registered Office and a Principal Place of Business. The Registered Office is the official address where notices may be served on a company and where registers are kept. The principal place of business, or the business address, is the address where business is carried out by the company.

Business Address |
This is the principal place of business. It must be an Australian street address. The name of the company should be displayed at the principal place of business. In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, will appear. Click to add a new Address. |
Does the company have an Ultimate Holding Company? |
Holding companies are companies who own a majority of the shares in another company. Select if the company has a holding companyBegin typing the Company Name. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Contact screen for the Company. If the Company has not been previously added to the Global Contact screen, will appear. Click to add a new contact. |
Officeholders consist of directors, secretaries and alternate directors. A proprietary company must have at least one director and may have a secretary if it chooses. A public company must have at least three directors and one secretary. An alternate director is appointed as a replacement when a director is unable to attend meetings or exercise powers as a director.

Pre-Incorporation Documents prepared by CAS 360 include:
- ASIC Form 201 - Application for registration as an Australian company
- Application for Shares (or Application for Membership for companies limited by guarantee)
- Consent to Act
- ABRS Director ID Letter
- Occupiers Consent
Form 201 ASIC Fee
Agents are required to set up a direct debit account with ASIC before lodging any company incorporations through CAS 360. The direct debit account is used for payments for lodging certain forms with ASIC including the Form 201.
When setting up a direct debit account, ensure that the ASIC Direct Debit option is flagged in the settings screen before form 201 is lodged.

The Lodgement invoice for Form 201 will be received into CAS 360's Document screen.

To lodge the Company Incorporation Document, in the Company Registrations screen, next to the company, click
CAS 360 will display the ASIC Electronic Company Registration Declaration
Toggle
to indicate that the information provided is complete and correct.After the Company Registration has been lodged and accepted, the company will be listed on the Company Selection Screen.
Post Incorporation Document
Once the Company Registration Documents have been lodged, CAS 360 will generate a number of Post Incorporation Documents

- Allotment Journal
- Certificate of Registration (if the certificate is not coming through, see RA51 - Request reprint of registration certificate)
- Company Constitution
- First Directors Minute/resolution
- Share Certificate
- Declaration of Trust
- Declaration of Company not traded
- Bank Account Opening Minutes or Resolutions (this document will only display if a Bank Account has been added to the company via the Relationships screen)
- Register of Officers
- Register of Members
- Consent to act as Public Officer
- Adoption of Replaceable Rules (this document will only display if "The company will rely entirely on replaceable rules" is the selected governance option)
The Form 362 - Appointment and Cessation of ASIC Agent will display and be able to be lodged in the Documents screen.

1. How to correct data if a mistake was made in form 201
If there was an error on a lodged Form 201, corrections can be made using the Supplementary Form 492 / 902. The Form 492 used to correct changes for a Form 201 cannot be lodged electronically through CAS 360 and must be lodged manually
