Overview
The Contacts screen in CAS 360 is a global database listing all contacts that have been added to CAS 360 or migrated from CAS Desktop.
You can add the following contacts to CAS 360:
- Individual
- Company
- Joint Member
- Other Entity
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Contacts | |
| Select Global Contacts |
Add a Contact
Select
to add in a new Contact to CAS 360.
When a contact is created, the contact types are represented by the following icons:

Search
Use the Search box to locate a contact
Find Matches
The Find Matches tool consolidates duplicate contacts.
Delete a Contact
To delete a contact from the global contacts:
Click beside the contact.
From the options, select Delete
Edit Contact Details
To edit contact details, in the Global Contacts screen, select the contact name.
To add extra information for the contact, select
You can add information from an array of information types, such as:
- Addresses
- Tax / Business Numbers
- Identification Numbers
- Professional ID Numbers
- Licenses
- Birth Details, Nationality, Gender
- Communication Details
- Occupations
- Other Names
Example:
After selecting Identification Numbers, select the information type
Once the ID Type is selected, you can then enter the ID's information.
Click Save to add the information.

Tabbed View and Compact View
When viewing a contact, there are two different methods of display the contacts information, Tabbed view and Compact View. The view can be changed by selecting one of the options in the top right of the screen.
Tabbed View groups a contact's info into the following tabs:
- Personal Info
- Contact Details
- Identification
- Licences and Legal
- Other Info
Compact View displays all contact info in one screen.
Relationships
The Relationship Tab will allow users to identify where a contact is being used across CAS360 easily
This screen will show everything that the contact has been linked to. If the contact has an officeholding, shareholding or any other relationships with other companies.
If the contact is a representative of a company, it will also display in the Relationship Tab.
To quickly access the companies or trusts, select the name of the company or trust under a relationship type.
