Overview
CAS 360 updates regularly. Occasionally, your browser will try to load an older, cached version of a page right after a release, which can cause a display or loading error. Clearing your browser cache resolves this in almost all cases.
Instructions
1. If CAS 360 shows an error screen shortly after a release, look for a message similar to the example below. Note the error reference number shown on the screen, you may need it later.
2. Clear your browser cache for All time (not just the last hour), using the steps for your browser below.
Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu (top right), then go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
- Set the Time range to All time.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu (top right), then go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Set the Time range to All time.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button (top right), then go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Select Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear, then confirm.
3. Close and reopen your browser, then log back in to CAS 360.
This is a display and loading issue only. No data is lost, and your CAS 360 records are unaffected.
4. If the error still appears after clearing your cache twice, contact BGL Support and provide the error reference number from the error screen.
