Overview
You can update the logo on your cover letter by downloading the template, making changes in Word, and re-uploading it as the default template.
Instructions
Step 1: Download the existing cover letter template
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Document Templates.
- Use the search bar and search for Cover.
- Click either Annual Review Cover Letter or Documents Prepared Cover Letter, depending on which template you want to update.
- Click Options next to the default template.
- Select Download.
Step 2: Update the logo in Word
- Open the downloaded Word document.
- Enable Editing.
- Click on the existing logo and replace it with your new logo or add your logo where you would like it to appear.
- Select File > Save As.
- Rename the document and choose where you want to save it.
Step 3: Re-upload and set as default
- Return to Settings > Document Templates.
- Locate the same cover letter template.
- Upload the updated Word document.
- Click Options next to the newly uploaded template.
- Select Set as Default.
