How do I change the Default Signatory for the Registered Agent?
Solution
Please take the following steps to change the Default Signatory for the Registered Agent.
- Select Settings from the Main Toolbar
- Select the Lodgement/Agent Settings tab located at the top of the Settings screen.
- From the far right hand side of the screen, select Options and then select Edit from the drop-down menu.
- In the Default Signatory section, click the drop-down box and backspace to remove this signatory. Start typing the name of the new signatory. If the contact does not appear, click the green plus icon to add the contact into CAS360, and fill in the required fields accordingly.
- Once complete, click Save and the new contact shall appear as the default signatory for all forms prepared by this agent.
