Can I prepare a Form 6014 to transfer a business name in CAS 360? 

Explanation 

CAS 360 currently does not support the transfer of business name registrations. CAS 360 cannot prepare or electronically lodge Form 6014 (Application for transfer of registration of a company to registration under a law of the Commonwealth, or of a state or territory). 

To complete a transfer and prepare the Form 6014, you will need to use ASIC Connect.

While business name transfers are not available in CAS 360, you can still complete the following:

• Company name change (Form 205 / 409)
• Company name reservation (Form 410)
