We have hired a new employee. They will be using the same email address as a former employee (employee@bglcorp.com.au). How do we update a CAS 360 user profile?
Solution
In updating a User Profile, the following things need to be reviewed:
- User Password
- User Details
- Multi-Factor Authentication and Mobile Number
Begin by opening the Profile screen, which can be opened by clicking the Profile icon at the top right of your CAS360 screen:
1. User Password
| From the left-hand menu, hover over User | |
| Select Change Password |
You will then have the option to change your password.
2. User Details
| From the left-hand menu, hover over User | |
| Select Profile |
Edit the First & Last Name fields as required (see below) and click to save.
3. Multi-Factor Authentication and Mobile Number
| From the left-hand menu, hover over User | |
| Select Profile |
To set up the Multi-Factor Authentication for a new employee with a new mobile number, you will need to first Disable the existing Multi-Factor Authentication (1) and set up the new one (2).
Under Authentication App, Click Disable
Once it has been disabled, click Set Up

To change the mobile number, under SMS Text Message, click Disable
Once it has been disabled, click Set Up
