How do I change the sender details for emails sent via CAS 360?
Solution
The Email Settings screen allows you to set the email sender name and reply to address for emails sent from CAS360. In this screen, you can also add default CC and BCC email addresses.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings |

Field | Explanation |

Use user's full name as the sender name? |
Select and CAS 360 will use the user's name in the sender's name field of the email. Select and users can manually enter the name to appear in the sender's name field of the email. |
Use username as the reply to address? |
Select and CAS 360 will use the user's login email address as the reply to email. Select and users can manually enter an email address to display as the reply to email. Only one email address can be entered. |
CC Addresses |
A copy of the email will be sent to the email address entered here. Multiple email addresses can be entered. These email addresses will be visible to all email recipients. |
BCC Addresses |
A copy of the email will be sent to the email address entered here. Multiple email addresses can be entered. These email addresses will not be visible to any email recipients. |
Important: Email Sender Field
The CAS 360 sent email will still display no-reply@cas360.com.au in the sender field.

However, when the email recipient replies to the email, the email address set in the Reply to Address field screen will display.
