An Invitation sent to a new user to access CAS 360 has expired. How do I resend an invitation?
Note: This needs to be done by an existing Admin user in your CAS 360.
- Once logged in, from the top toolbar, hover your mouse over the App Switcher icon and select BGL Account.
- From the BGL Account page, hover your mouse over the Admin icon (on the left hand Main Toolbar) and in the side menu select Invitation. Use the "Cancel" button to remove the invitation previously sent.
Please Note: The "Re-Send" button will not work for expired invitations.
- Once cancelled, an Admin user will then be required to re-invite you as a user to CAS 360
