Post Billpay makes it easy to pay bills quickly and securely. As the Company Agent, you have the ability to pay directly through CAS 360 using Post Billpay.
From Company Selection|Debt Alerts, select the pay now button. CAS 360 will automatically populate the Post Billpay once you have received the annual review in CAS 360.
How to Customise your Templates to include Post Billpay
Add Post Billpay to your templates so your clients can pay their debt to ASIC instantly through AusPost Billpay.
SMS Customisation
From the Main toolbar navigate to Settings | SMS Templates.
Edit or Create a new Company Debt reminder.
To include Post Billpay, add the following code ${postPayLink} to your SMS template.
Email Customisation
When customising your email templates you have 3 formats to choose from.

Direct Link
Add code {PostPayLink} to any email templates in CAS 360.
Hyperlink:

From the email template screen, open up the email template you wish to edit.

Enter your text cursor in position for the hyperlink to be displayed.

Hold the CTRL and K key (or Command and K key for Macs), the insert link drop-down will display.

Input {PostPayLink} in the URL field.

Enter free-form text into the Text field.

click Insert.
Button

Enter your text cursor in the position of the button to be displayed.

click on the
icon to switch to code view (HTML view) -
paste the following code
