Overview
Once CAS 360 has downloaded the Form 480 Annual Company Statement from ASIC, that statement reflects the company’s details at the time ASIC issued it. Any changes lodged afterwards using Form 484 (such as changes to the company’s address, officeholders, share structure, or other company details) do not retroactively update the ASIC annual statement.
How CAS 360 handles changes:
-
In the Annual Review screen, when preparing review documents, you can choose to use the CAS Annual Company Statement.
The CAS Annual Statement reflects the current company details stored in CAS 360, including any Form 484 changes.
Changes will appear in the statement only if the details change date is before the annual review date.
The ASIC Annual Statement is static. Once it is received, it will not update to reflect changes lodged afterwards.
What you can do:
You can reprint Annual Review documents using the CAS Annual Statement to reflect updated company details.
