CAS 360 will alert CAS 360 users when an Annual review fee due date for a company is fast approaching.
The Annual Review Deadline alert will alert users of when an annual review fee is:
- Due within 30 days
- Due in 14-8 days
- Due in 7-1 days
- Due today
- Late
When any of the Annual Review Deadline alerts appear, CAS 360 users have the ability to send an email reminder to the company officers advising them of the deadline.
How do I use this Feature?
To activate the alert, when preparing the annual review documents, in the document production screen toggle Track the annual review via the document deadline alert
From the Company Selection screen use the Advanced Filters to manage all Annual Review Deadlines across your entire CAS 360 database.
When any of the Annual Review Deadline alerts appear, CAS 360 users have the ability to send an email reminder to the company officers advising them of the deadline.
Important
For those not using Digital Signing, the Annual review deadline alert does not clear automatically. Clearing the Annual review deadline alert is a manual process. See Why is the Annual Review Deadline Alert still on when the debt has been paid?
For those using Digital Signing, you can set the Annual review deadline alert to clear automatically.
Before sending the annual review documents via the Document Production screen, ensure that Mark Annual Review as Completed once all documents have been signed? has been toggled on under Electronic Signing Options.

Send notification for a late document
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |

| Locate the company |  |
| From company selection screen select the Document Deadline Alert |  |
| To notify the company officer, select Send Reminder and add the Recipient. |  |
| To send a notification click Send. |  |

When the annual review documents have been completed by your client, click
