I have already printed or sent the Annual Review documents, and they are no longer appearing in the Reviews screen.
How can I:
Reprint or resend the Annual Review documents (such as the Annual Company Statement or invoice)?
Re-process an Annual Statement so it appears again in the Reviews screen?
Solution
Once an Annual Review is downloaded or sent from the Reviews screen, the documents will automatically move to the Documents screen in CAS 360.
If you need to reprint, resend, or re-process the Annual Statement, you can do this by re-processing the Annual Review from the Documents screen.
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Documents. |
Search for the document. The file name will be listed as Form - 480.
Click ...
and select Re-process Annual Review.
The company's annual review will now display in the Review screen
If the Annual Review documents cannot be found
If the Annual Review documents are missing from the Documents screen, you can request a new copy from ASIC by preparing:
RA71 - Request Electronic Data Download (Re-issue Annual Statement)
This form requests ASIC to resend the Annual Statement so it can be processed again in CAS 360.
