We have a client that wants to deal with their own ASIC annual reviews and correspondence. What do I have to do to get annual reviews etc. posted to them directly and not come through CAS 360 electronically?
If ASIC has your firm recorded as the Registered Agent at the time of the Annual Review Date, then ASIC will send the Annual Review documents to CAS 360 automatically.
It is recommended to contact ASIC directly to request the annual review documents are sent by mail. If ASIC agrees to post via mail, they will send the annual review documents to the company's Registered Office Address.
