Query
The Annual Review Date is missing on the company selection screen for a company.
Solution
The Annual review date field will not display an annual review date if the company status has been set as either:
- Deregistered
- No Longer Client.
The company status has been set as Deregistered:
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |

Select the Company from the list. |

Select General Details |
From Company Status, review if the company has been set to Deregistered. If the company is not deregistered switch the status back to operating and select Save.
The Company is set as No Longer Client
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |

Select the Company from the list. |

Select Company Info |
From Client Data, review if Current Client displays Yes.
To Update the Status click Options | Edit and toggle Current Client to on position.
