Creating a New Company
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |

| Jurisdiction | This will automatically default to Australia |
| Import from ASIC? | To utilitse the ASIC Search Feature toggle this on. For more information, see Create Companies with ASIC search. |
| Company Name | Name of the Company |
| ACN | Australian Company Number (ACN). It is a unique nine-digit number issued by ASIC to every company registered under the Commonwealth Corporations Act 2001. |
| Incorporation Date | Date the company was incorporated |
| Agent | A Registered Agent acts as an intermediary between an Australian company and ASIC to help the company meet their lodgement obligations more efficiently. To add an agent into CAS360, click here. |
| Company Label |
Labels are used in CAS 360 to group companies together for quick selection and reporting purposes. For more information, see Company Labels. |

to add the company to your Company Selection Screen.
Alternatively, click 
to add the company and prepare a Form 362 - Registered Agent Appointment and Cessation.
Preparing Form 362
By clicking you will be directed to the Form 362 - Add / Remove Company For Agent List screen.

Select  if you wish to nominate yourself as the ASIC Agent for the company. |
| Would you like to remove a company to your agent list? | Select if you wish to cease yourself as the ASIC Agent for the company. |
| Select Company | The recently created company will be automatically selected. |

Form Signatory

Select the signatory on the Form. Important! Ensure the name added as a form signatory exactly matches the Officers name that is recorded on the ASIC database. If not then the form will be rejected! |
| Agent | The agent selected when the company was created in CAS 360 will be prefilled here. |
