Is there a way to check a list of all companies that we are the current ASIC agents for?

Solution

The Form RA61 - Request Review Date Report can be used to indicate all the companies that you are the registered ASIC agent for.

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
Select Prepare Agent Form

Select Form RA61 - Request Review Date Report.

Instructions

Field	Explanation
Agent	Select the ASIC Agent details. CAS 360 will automatically select the Agent from the General details screen (if one has been selected)
Period Start Date	Select the date range to filter the Review date report to the companies that have their review date within a particular period
Period End Date	Select the date range to filter the Review date report to the companies that have their review date within a particular period

Receiving the Review Date Report

When the review date report (RA62) is received from ASIC, CAS 360 will display a Notification to advise users of this.

To view the Report:

From the Main Toolbar, go to Messages

Click on the RA 62 alert

The review date report will appear.

Not in CAS 360	List of companies for which you are the ASIC agent. However, the companies are not yet in CAS 360.

This page will list all companies for which you have been appointed as the ASIC agent and the company is displayed in CAS 360.

This page will list all companies for which you have been appointed as the ASIC agent. However, the companies have not yet been added to CAS 360.
