Unacceptable word used in personal name

Cause

When Processing an ASIC form (generally a share/member type change) a no longer permitted term is used in the Member Name Field

ASIC do not permit the words ATF, As Trustee For, Family, Estate, Royal, Trust, EST, Fund

Suggestion

1. Ensure the above terms are not used for shareholder names. In majority of these cases, the Beneficial Owner field should have been used; or

   Example:

   A company/individual holding shares on behalf of a trust.

   The Company/Individual name will be selected as the Member/Shareholder

   The Trust Name will be selected in the Beneficial Owner field

2. If the shareholder is a Company, ensure the ACN has been input for the company. The ACN can be entered via the Contact screen. Once done reprepare the ASIC form.

   To add an ACN to an existing contact in CAS 360 follow the steps below:

   From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Contacts.

   1. Locate the Contact from the list and click on the Contact Name to edit.
      
      
   2. Click and select Company Numbers/Identifiers,
      
      
      
   3. Select the type as ACN and input the number.
      
   4. Click
