Foreign Companies must lodge a copy of financial statements and reports annually accompanied by this form.

Select Annual Reports and Documents

CAS 360 will display the Financial Reports and Data screen, which is divided into 3 sections.

Contains Company details that have been entered into the General Details and Addresses Screen.

To prepare the Form 405, toggle the following option to the off position

Is company relying on ASIC Corporations (Foreign-Controlled Company Reports) Instrument 2017/204?

CAS 360 will use any Local Agents that have been entered into the Relationships screen.

Will list all current directors that have been entered into the Officers screen.

Click Save or Save & Prepare Doucments

Electronic Lodgement of Form 405 is unavailable, as per information found on ASIC's website.

Have you previously notified ASIC of the appointment of this director?	Select if ASIC has been notified.
Has the name of this director changed since it was last notified to ASIC?	Select if ASIC has been notified.
Has the address of this director changed since it was last notified to ASIC?	Select if ASIC has been notified.

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
Select the Company from the list.
Select Company Info
