The registered office is the official address where notices may be served on the company.
CAS 360 gives users the ability to prepare Registered Address Changes across multiple companies in a single function.

CAS 360 will display the Registered Address Change screen.

New Address |
In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global Addresses screen, will appear. Click to add a new Address. |

Forms Prepared
CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required:
- Directors Meeting Minute or Resolution
- Change of Company Details Form 484 (signed and electronic)
- Occupier's Consent (if an Office Occupier was entered)
- Notification of change of registered office or office hours of a registered body Form 489 (Created for companies that have Registrable Body or Foreign as their company type in General Details)
