The Occupier's Consent is a document that shows company has been provided written consent to use the occupier's premises as its Registered Office Address.
Example: BGL corporate solutions (BGL) is the registered agent for ABC Pty Ltd (ABC).
ABC wishes to use BGL's address as its Registered Office Address.
There must be written consent from BGL that it has allowed ABC to use its address as it's Registered Office Address.
ASIC can require a company to produce this consent at any time.
If this consent cannot be provided, it will be classified as an offence of strict liability.

Excerpt from Section 100(1)(d) of the Corporations Act 2001
(d) where the notice or application relates to the address or situation of an office of a body corporate and the address specified in accordance with paragraph (a) is the address of premises that are not to be occupied by the body corporate--must include a written statement to the effect that the person who occupies those premises has consented in writing to the address being specified in the notice or application and has not withdrawn that consent.

CAS 360 will display the Registered Office Address screen.

CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required:
- Directors Meeting Minute or Resolution
- Change of Company Details Form 484 (signed and electronic)
- Occupier's Consent (if an Office Occupier was entered)
The Occupier's Consent cannot be Digitally signed and is therefore not supported with Digital Signing.
