How do I notify ASIC if the postal address, street address and/or contact person details for an ASIC Agent has changed? 

Solution

The ASIC Form RA01 notifies postal address, street address and contact person details for an ASIC lodging agent. This is also the form used to apply to become an ASIC lodging agent.
