Alternate Director Missing Alternate For

Query

When preparing the company changes documents, I receive the following validation error:

Solution

This issue is caused when company data is downloaded from ASIC. Unfortunately, when ASIC provide data to CAS 360 when there is an alternate director, they do not provide the Alternate for data. This information needs to be added in.

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
Select the Company from the list.
Select Officers

1. Find the Alternate Director
2. Click  and Edit 
3. Ensure a current company director is selected in the Alternate For field
4. Enter the appointment terms
5. Click
