In some cases, an ASIC Form may be signed on separate copies by different officers (for example, each director signs a copy of the same form rather than signing a single consolidated document).
This article explains how to upload these documents when lodging a change.

Attachments uploaded in this section are stored as part of the company record in CAS and are not included in the electronic ASIC lodgement file.
The electronic lodgement generated for ASIC contains only the required form data and does not include uploaded attachments.
Can I upload multiple signed copies?
Yes. If multiple signed versions of the same ASIC Form exist, you can upload each copy as an attachment in CAS.
Only one electronic Form lodgement should be prepared for the company change event.
