Is there a way to attach a document to a reminder sent in CAS 360?
Explanation
Yes. You can attach a document to a reminder in CAS 360 via the email preview screen before sending it.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Documents or Company Documents screen and locate the document that was previously sent to the client.
- On the same line as the document, select the three dots, below the Actions column.
- Select Send Document Reminder.
- In the pop-up window, select Send to proceed to the email preview screen.
- On the Preview Email screen, select Upload File and attach the required document.
- Once the document has been uploaded, select Send to deliver the reminder.
