How to Add a Maiden Name

Where can I add a person's maiden name?

While there is no maiden name field in CAS360, maiden names can be entered as an 'other name'. 

Solution

From the Main Toolbar, go to Contacts.
Then select the Contact.

To add an Other Name:

1. Click Add Information.
   
2. Then select Other Names
   
3. Select the other name type as Other Name.
   
4. Then enter the maiden name.
   
5. Click save.
