I have attempted to email a client; however, I have received a status back that the email has failed.
The status notes to check the recipient’s address and resend, however the email address is confirmed to be correct.
A common reason why this error occurs is because the recipient has set up an automatic out of office status or has the vacationer responder active in their email settings.
You may be able to successfully retry sending to that recipient in the future, or via other methods.
Please confirm with the client if they have received the email.
