When sending/emailing documents to the company officers/directors, the preview email screen is not displaying the officers/directors names. Instead, it displays the template code.
This occurs when Digital Signing has been enabled.
If Digital Signing is enabled, there are two types of fields that will not be filled in when viewing the preview email screen:
- client name fields
- due date fields
This is because Digital Signing can have multiple recipients. These emails will fill in this information when the user clicks to send the emails out.
This can occur if the recipient selected had been typed into the recipient field and had not been added as a contact in the Global Contacts screen.
Ensure the recipient is added as a contact in the Global Contacts screen.
