I have initiated an ASIC edge download which has been going on for a few hours and our companies have yet to be imported.
Solution
The import function is generally a relatively quick process.
However, issues with ASIC’s EDGE Mailboxes result in delays with the import function. If there are current issues with the ASIC mailboxes, the CAS 360 team will do its best to alert users to this.
Note: Issues can also be caused by incorrect EDGE details. See Error D01 or D03
If the process appears to be delayed, re-Lodge the Form RA61 – Request Review Date Report to reinitiate the import of your companies.
It is recommended to also check that your Edge details entered into CAS360 are correct, see:

When the review date report (RA62) is received from ASIC, CAS 360 will display a Notification to advise users of this.
To view the Report:
From the Main Toolbar, go to Messages |

Click on the RA 62 alert
The review date report will appear.
Select the Not In CAS360 tab
Click
The option to import all companies on the report will display. When selected, CAS 360 will automatically prepare and lodge an RA71 for each company listed and will also import the company data into CAS 360.
