Cause
The ASIC form contains an Australian Address with a non-existent state.

Suggestion
The Error is in regards to an Address for contact which may have been entered incorrectly.
An example of an address that would cause a V033 error:
123 Fake Street, MT ALBERT, AUCKLAND 1025, AU.
In the above case, AUCKLAND is Not an Australian state. the address will have to be corrected to:
123 Fake Street, MT ALBERT, AUCKLAND 1025, NZ
