Query
When I have imported Company Information from ASIC, the shareholding dates are not imported as the original shareholder dates.
Solution
When Shareholders are imported, shareholding dates are entered as either the import date of the Company data or the Company Registration date.
This is due to ASIC NOT retaining shareholder dates on THIER database.
The Shareholders will also be entered as Balance type transactions.
In the shareholders screen, beside the shareholders, click 
and select Change to Allotment.
