I have a number of contacts that are duplicates in CAS 360 but they are not showing in Find Matches screen. Why?
Solution
The Find Matches screen will pick up duplicate contacts from your CAS 360 Global Contacts as long as the multiple contacts' Name, Address and Birth Date (if applicable) are EXACTLY the same. This is to ensure that lodgements with ASIC are not affected if the details do not match with the ASIC Database.
