Query
When preparing Member Reports/Statements or company changes, I receive the following error:
No Members On This Date.
Solution
Documents, which involve company members, are required to be dated after the member originally acquired the shares. Please resave the member transaction and ensure that the meeting status is "Attendee".
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. | |
| Select the Company from the list. | |
| Select Shareholders |
- Beside the shareholder, click the three dots under Options.
- Select Edit.
- Review the Transaction Date. IMPORTANT: Also ensure that the meeting status is set to 'Attendee'.
- Edit the Transaction Date and click Save.
If you have recently done a data download from ASIC, you will need to review and update all member transaction dates.
