How do we remove Annual review alert as it's currently showing that annual review has not been received after it's annual review date?
Solution
The Annual Review Alert is based on the annual review date entered in the general details screen.
When the annual review documents are received by CAS360, the annual review date will be automatically updated in the general details screen.
If the annual review documents are not sent electronically and are send by paper to the company's Registered Office Address, users will need to update the annual review date manually.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |

Select the Company from the list. |

Select General Details |
Under Company Dates, update the annual review date field.
