I have reviewed a company's Comparison report and have identified that there are incorrect company details on the ASIC database. How do I correct this?
Solution
ASIC will need to be notified of these company details. In most cases, Form 484 will be prepared and lodged to advise ASIC of these details.

If your CAS database has the correct information, you are able to prepare form 484s for that information.

If the error is purely spelling mistakes, Form 492/902 can be used.
Otherwise, you will need to contact ASIC directly for any other corrections.

Note In the case of an annual review, all changes must be lodged with ASIC within 28 days from the issue date of the annual statement or late fees may apply. |
For the comparison review from a company's annual review: Changes lodged to ASIC after the annual review date will not appear in the comparison review, as the comparison review will only display the company information as of the review date. The information set from ASIC Database can NOT be updated by users.
