An Annual Review is appearing in the Review screen for a company. However instead of the comparison review showing either pass or fail, it displays Migrating.
The migrating status occurs when the company's documents have not finished migrating from CAS desktop.
Users who see this message will need to complete the migration process.
If the migration tool has been closed, simply reopen the migration tool from CAS desktop.
Once the migration tool is open, the remaining documents will finish off migrating.
It may appear like nothing is happening however do not close the migration tool until document status changes to uploaded, as the migration process is occurring.
