I have received a notification that states:
No companies linked to this agent have any ASIC debt recorded
I have also noted that my company debt alerts have not been updated
Solution
The debt alerts not updating is a safety mechanism implemented into CAS360.
If CAS 360 receives a blank debt report from ASIC, a notification of No companies linked to this agent have any ASIC debt recorded will be alerted.
This requires confirmation from the user side to confirm that this is correct to accept the updated blank debt balance for the companies.
To access the notifications, click 
from the top menu.
Beside the notification, click Confirm to accept the blank debt report.
Click Check again will lodge a request to ASIC to resend the company debt information back into CAS 360.
