Can I view the emails that have been sent by CAS 360 to my clients?
Solution
Users are able to view the emails that have been sent from CAS 360.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Messages |
Select Outbox.
The Outbox displays all emails that have been sent from CAS 360.
Beside each message, click
Option | Explanation |
---|---|
View | Display the message sent and the email addresses the email was sent to. |
Resend | Allow users to resend the email to selected contacts. |
