CAS 360 allows you to merge duplicate contact records into a single contact. This helps keep your global database clean and ensures all company relationships are attached to one record.
Can I Link Multiple Different Contacts Together?
If you are trying to “link” multiple contacts together:
✅ If they are duplicates of the same person, use the Consolidate feature below.
❌ If they are different individuals (e.g. spouses or joint shareholders), they cannot be merged.
For joint shareholdings, you should instead create a Joint Member. See: How to create a Joint Member
Consolidation permanently merges contacts and cannot be undone.
How to Consolidate Duplicate Contacts

The Consolidation process cannot be undone. Before proceeding, please verify the name formats for each company associated with the contact through ASIC to ensure they are consistent across all records.

Select Find Matches, under Contact Filters
CAS 360 will display any duplicate contacts. The duplicate contacts will be grouped together so that they are easily identified.
A match is determined by multiple contacts' Name being the same.
Users can determine matches by Name only being the same or the Name and Address being the same
The number of relationships to companies will be displayed beside each contact. Relationships relate to instances where the contact is being used. This includes Officeholdings, shareholdings and other company relationships.
To consolidate the contacts, click .
The consolidation process will combine the contacts information together.
If there is a clash in Contact details, CAS 360 will use the information from the contact where the keep button was selected.
Example: Multiple contacts have different Email addresses
CAS 360 will ask users to confirm the consolidation of the contacts.
This consolidation function cannot be undone.
