Details

Public, large proprietary, small proprietary foreign-controlled companies, registered schemes and trusts must lodge a copy of financial statements and reports annually accompanied by this form. The form is also used to notify appointment of an auditor to the company (but not a scheme).

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
Select the Company from the list.
Select Company Info

CAS 360 will display the Financial Reports and Data screen. 

Annual Return and Documents 

Field	Explanation
Annual Return Year	Financial year
Did the company prepare the financial report?	Select   if the company prepared financial reports
Have the Directors resolved that the company can pay its debts?	Select  if the company is able to pay its debts when it is due

Questions
Was the Company Dormant throughout the financial year?	Select   if the company was dormant at any time in the financial year
Did the company act as a group holding company?	Select  if the company is a holding company
Is the company a reporting entity?	Select  if the company is a reporting entity
Were the financial statements audited?	Select  if the financial statements were audited
Principal Activity	Enter the Company's main business activity
Dividends	Enter any dividends paid information from the current and previous financial year

Currency	Select the Currency the directors Emoluments will display as

Directors Emoluments/Remuneration	Click to add Director's salary/payment information
Director Fees	Click to add Director's Fees
Re-election of Directors	Click to select the directors that are re-elected for the next year

Financial year ends	Input the financial year end date
Were the financial statements audited?	Select  if the financial statements were audited

Does the report contain the Emphasis of the Matter and/or Other Matter paragraph?	Select
Financial statements annexe marking	Enter the letter/symbol that you have used to mark the annexure here
