When running the Comparison review, I receive the message:
You have errors to resolve in Company Details, Addresses, Officers, Members, Share Structure
Solution
The share structure section of the comparison review relates to the amount of shares allotted to shareholders in CAS 360 compared with the allotment of shares from ASIC's database.
If there is a mismatch for the information between CAS 360 and ASIC in relation to the share Structure, this can be corrected in CAS 360's Shareholders screen.
Correcting issues with the company members to reflect the ASIC database will resolve the errors in Share Structure from the comparison review .
