When sending documents from the Document Production screen, recipients are reporting that they have not received the documents in their email inbox.
Emails sent from the document production screen my not appear in the recipients inbox due to:
The email entered into CAS 360 is incorrect
To correct a contact's email address:
|From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Contacts.|
- Locate the Contact from the list and click on the Contact Name to edit.
- Click on the email address to edit the address
- Correct the Email Address
- Once the Email has been entered, click
The recipients email service identifies the email as spam
The recipient will need to unmark the CAS 360 emails as spam.
