Form 106 - Request to withdraw a lodged document

Details 

Form 106 is prepared to withdraw a previously lodged document. Please note that only some documents can be withdrawn and only under particular circumstances.

Original form was lodged via CAS360 Original form was lodged outside CAS360

 

Navigation

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
Select the Company from the list.
Select Documents
After locating the original form on the same line, select Options
Select Prepare Form 106

Field	Explanation
ASIC Form	The ASIC form that requires to be withdrawn.
DOCIMAGE Number	The DOCIMAGE system is ASIC's database which contains all documents received by ASIC which are scanned and retained in an electronic form. Documents lodged with ASIC are then given a DOCIMAGE Number. If a document is lodged with CAS 360, this number will be automatically saved in the Documents screen.
Date of Lodgement	Date of the original document.
Questions
Was information duplicated?	Select  if the information on the original ASIC Form was duplicated.
Was information found incorrect?	Select if the information on the original ASIC Form was incorrect.
