How do I get the registration certificate of a company if we didn't incorporate the company and only lodged a 362 for it?
Solution
The Form RA51 - Request reprint of registration certificate can only be used for companies that were incorporated through CAS 360. If the company registration wasn't processed in CAS 360, this option won't be available, and the certificate will need to be requested directly from ASIC.
To request the certificate from ASIC
- Go to ASIC Connect.

Search for the company by ACN or company name under Organisation & Business Names.
- Open the company record and go to the Certificates section.

Select the Certificate of Registration and add it to your cart.

Proceed to checkout and pay the applicable fee. A valid email address is required.
- ASIC will email the certificate once payment is confirmed. A colour copy is available for an additional fee.
