Overview
Sometimes you may need a copy of an ASIC invoice that has been misplaced, not received, or was issued before your firm became the registered ASIC agent. This article explains the steps to request a reprint of an ASIC invoice.
When You May Need an Invoice Reprint
- The original invoice was never received in CAS 360.
- The invoice was issued to a previous ASIC agent.
- You need a copy for accounting or compliance purposes.
- The invoice was lost or misplaced.
Steps to Request an ASIC Invoice Reprint

Check CAS 360 Documents
- Log in to CAS 360 and navigate to Documents
- Search for the relevant company to see if the invoice has already been downloaded automatically from ASIC.
- Where to find ASIC Invoices

Check ASIC Connect (Online Access)
- If your firm has ASIC Connect access, log in and navigate to the company record.
- Look under Invoices/Statements to see if a copy can be downloaded.
- Copies are generally available for invoices issued within the last 90 days.
- ASIC Invoices via ASIC Connect

Contact ASIC Directly
If the invoice is not available in CAS 360 or ASIC Connect:- Call or email ASIC to request a reprint.
- Provide the following details:
- Company ACN
- Invoice number (if known)
- Reason for the reprint request
- ASIC will reissue the invoice either electronically or by post.
Tip: If your firm became the registered agent after the invoice was originally issued, ASIC may only provide a copy upon direct request.
