In CAS 360, the Relationships tab on a contact record helps you quickly see all the companies and trusts where that contact has a role, such as officer appointments, shareholdings, or other relationships. From here, you can also update how that contact is linked across your database.
Find the Contact
From the top toolbar, go to Contacts.
Select Global Contacts to open the full list of contacts.
Use the Search box to locate the contact whose relationships you want to change.
Click the contact’s name to open their details screen.
Open the Relationships Tab
Once you’re viewing the contact’s details:
Select the Relationships tab.
This tab shows a list of all the entities (companies, trusts, etc.) where the contact currently appears with a role or connection, such as director, shareholder, officer, or representative.
Edit or Change a Relationship
The Relationships tab lets you:
View how the contact is currently linked across your database, including officeholdings and other company roles.
Navigate directly to the company or trust record by clicking the name under any relationship type.
To Change a Relationship
Click on the linked company or trust name under the relationship you want to update.
In the entity, you can:
Edit existing relationships
Remove relationships
Add new relationships between the contact and that entity
