No login to CAS 360 is required to complete the signing process.
What to Expect
When a document is sent to you for signing, you will receive:
An email from CAS 360.
A secure link to review and sign the document.
Instructions within the email on how to begin.
If you cannot locate the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Steps to Digitally Sign a Document
Although the interface may differ depending on the provider, most digital signing processes follow these steps:
1. Open the Signing Email
Click the secure link provided in the email.
2. Review the Document
Carefully read the document before signing.
The platform will typically:
Highlight where your signature or initials are required.
Indicate which sections require action.
Some documents may include items for viewing only, while others require signing.
3. Complete Required Actions
Follow the prompts provided by the signing platform.
This may include:
Clicking on signature fields.
Typing or drawing your signature.
Confirming your signature selection.
Completing all required fields.
Most platforms automatically save your signature for use across multiple required fields within the same document.
4. Finalise the Process
Once all required steps are completed:
Select the option to Finish, Submit, or equivalent.
The document will be automatically returned to the sender.
You will receive a copy of the signed document for your records.
When the signing session indicates completion (for example, showing a confirmation message), you can safely close the tab.
