Overview
CAS 360 has added a new feature allowing users to include the date on signing lines for digital signatures.
This enhancement gives businesses the ability to keep a clear record of the exact date each signature was added, making document verification and signatory tracking simpler!
This latest addition is currently limited to Annual Review documents that are being digitally signed under DocuSign or FuseSign.

FAQs
1. I am attempting to send annual review documents that require dates on the signature lines, but I receive the following warning:
This suggests that the Annual Company Statement and/or Solvency Resolution documents do not have the required digital signing merge fields to proceed.
For the Annual Company Statement, place the code ${digitalSignatureDate} in the field that requires the date.
For the Solvency Resolution, place the code ${digitalSignatureDate} in the field that requires the date. However, if the solvency resolution has two-column signing lines, the following codes should be used:
-
${digitalSignatureDateLeft} - For the date on the left column.
-
${digitalSignatureDateRight} - For the date on the right column.
