In CAS 360, users can update trust details from the Trust screen.
|Navigate to Trust from the main toolbar.
|In the Trust screen, hover the cursor to select a Trust under Trust Name. This will open up the details page for users to edit.
Begin typing the updated Trust name. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Contact screen for the Trust. If the Trust has not been previously added to the Global Contact screen, will appear.
Click to add a new contact.
Begin typing the Previous Trust name. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Contact screen for the Trust. If the Trust has not been previously added to the Global Contact screen, will appear.
Click to add a new contact. If there is no previous name, leave this field blank.
|Select Unit, Discretionary, Hybrid, or Bare from the drop-down list
|Select a previously added address from the Global Addresses screen, or add a new address to CAS 360 by clicking .
|Update the Formation date of the trust
|Future Vesting Date
|Date defined in the trust deed as the date when the trust will conclude
|Trust Deed Issued
|Date Trust Deed was issued
|Trust Deed Updated
|Date Trust Deed was updated
|The Tax File Number issued by the Taxation Office.
|The Australian Business Number for this trust. This is an 11 digit number.
|Upload a Trust Deed by selecting Upload Document.

Under Events tab, you can now update all asset transactions, liability, gifting, income, and expense transactions for a trust. click Edit under Options to update any events.
