Details
A company register is a set of documents that is needed by every company to be compliant with the Corporations Act 2001.
These documents contain particular information about a company such as its shareholders and directors.
The following company registers can be prepared in CAS 360:
- Officers Register
- Director Shareholding Register
- Members Register
- Unitholders Register
- Charges Register
- Debentures Register
- Prescribed Interests Register
Instructions
From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports |
Select a Register
CAS 360 will display the Report Settings screen.
Selecting a Company/Trust
Select the Company(s) by flagging the tick box
Use the search field to filter the list of companies
Field | Explanation |
---|---|
Agent | Select either all agents, no agents or a specific agent. This option will filter the list of companies based on the Registered Agent selected in the General Details screen. |

Select to generate registers for multiple companies as a combined PDFSelect for the registers for multiple companies to be prepared in their own individual PDF |

Select | to included ceased officeholders/shareholders in the registers
Show in Date Order |
Select to prepare the people in the registers in order of them becoming a Shareholder/officeholder.Select to prepare the people in the registers in alphabetical order. |
Includes Notes | Select | to include any notes entered when processing the officer/shareholder changes.
Include TFN | Display Officer TFN on the Register |
Register Date | Date on the Company Registers. The date will also determine the company information to appear on the company registers. |
